The corporate actions are those actions which the management of a company takes. These actions may have impact on the shareholders. Usually, whenever a company announces any corporate action, it informs its shareholders through registered email. Corporate actions may include Split/Bonus/Dividend distribution/Right issues/Contingent Value Rights (CVRs)/Merger and Acquisitions/ Spin offs/ Name or Trading symbol changes and liquidation.

Steps to check corporate actions on NSE website first:

There are two ways to check corporate actions on NSE websites.

First we will check corporate actions of different companies collectively:

First Method (Check details collectively)

1. Open Google.com
2. Search Corporate actions NSE
3. You will find NSE website on top.
4. You can scroll easily and watch corporate actions taken by different companies in previous days.  Mostly, you can check Bonus/ Dividend/ Split/Right Issues.

Second Method (Check details individually)

1. Visit NSE Website
2. Enter the scrip name for which you want to know the corporate action
3. Click on Corporate Action on left side of page
4. You can see details there
